The Company has established the following management structure in the interest of good governance:

The Company’s organs consist of:

• The General Meeting of Shareholders which in principle is the forum for shareholders to appoint members of the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners as well as to approve Annual Financial Statements, Annual Reports, appropriation of the Company’s net income and significant changes to the structure of the Company.
• The Board of Commissioners carries out the function of oversight.
• The role of the Board of Directors is to manage the Company.

The above is in accordance with Articles of Association and prevailing laws and regulations. If deemed necessary, the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors may form a committee or unit to assist with the implementation of their respective tasks and authorities to be more effective and efficient.
