Semester I, BEST Profit Increases by 60%

On July 29, 2016, BEST released financial reports, posting positive performance during the I-2016 semester. The company's net income jumped 60.3% year on year.

The company managed to pocket net profit in the first half of this year of Rp 217.38 billion, jumping 60.3% from Rp 135.6 billion in the first half of 2015. Its earnings per share rose from Rp 14.06 to Rp 22.53.

BEST’s performance growth was mainly due to a gain of Rp 52.34 billion, despite a loss of Rp 35.12 billion in the first semester of 2015.
